Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bet234 platform, including the website at bet234.bet, all associated mobile interfaces, betting products, casino games, promotional offerings, and customer support services (collectively, the "Services"). bet234 is operated by an internationally licensed gaming entity ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Eligibility

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

By registering, you warrant and represent that all eligibility criteria are met and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You accept sole responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) bet234 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate information including, but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid, personal email address;
• A Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes;
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above;
• A preferred payment method for deposits and withdrawals.

KYC and Identity Verification

bet234 operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations as required by our international gaming license. We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Documents commonly requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill, or bank statement. bet234 may place withdrawal restrictions on an account until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet234 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bet234 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

• You must notify bet234 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bet234 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to adequately secure your account credentials.

Any activity carried out using your account credentials, whether authorised by you or not, shall be deemed to have been carried out by you. bet234 reserves the right to suspend an account immediately upon receiving a security concern report pending investigation.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your bet234 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. bet234 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani members:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL Internet Banking
• UBL Internet Banking
• Meezan Bank Internet Banking

Deposits are typically credited to your bet234 wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. bet234 does not apply deposit fees on standard transactions. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be subject to reversal.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. bet234 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Processing Timeframes

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically within 24 hours of approval.
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan): 1–3 business days subject to banking hours.

Withdrawal Conditions

• You must have wagered your deposited funds at least once before a withdrawal can be processed, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 7.
• bet234 reserves the right to delay, refuse, or reverse a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• In cases of account investigation, withdrawal processing may be suspended for up to 30 days pending resolution.

Bonuses & Promotions

bet234 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible members from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your bet234 account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse: bet234 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe a member is abusing promotional offers, including through multiple account creation, systematic low-risk wagering, or coordinated group play.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings derived entirely from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Betting Rules

All sports and cricket bets placed on bet234 are subject to the following general betting rules. Specific rules applicable to individual sports, markets, and event types are published in the relevant sections of the bet234 platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once accepted and confirmed by the bet234 system. Bets not confirmed due to technical errors or connectivity issues are void and will be refunded.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. bet234 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time, including during live events.
• Minimum/Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Voided Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond the accepted threshold, or if there is a manifest error in the published odds.
• Palpable Errors: bet234 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published as the result of a manifest or obvious error, regardless of whether the bet was already settled.

Casino & Games

All casino games available on the bet234 platform — including live dealer tables, slot games, and instant win products — utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. bet234 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by bet size, account history, or any other external factor.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel.
• Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the respective game as communicated by the dealer and displayed on screen.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, bets already placed will be settled according to the game's standard completion rules. Bets not yet placed at the time of disconnection are void.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the bet234 platform:

• Opening more than one account on the bet234 platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to systematically exploit bet234's promotions or pricing;
• Participating in or facilitating any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime through the bet234 platform;
• Attempting to manipulate sporting events or collude with third parties to gain an unfair betting advantage;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bet234 staff or other members;
• Circumventing any geographic or account restriction imposed by bet234.

Responsible Gaming

bet234 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options.

• Self-Exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any bet234 content without prior written consent.
• You may not use any bet234 trademark, logo, or brand name in any context that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written authorisation.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data from the bet234 platform is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet234 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bet234 Services.

• bet234 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily suspend access to some or all Services.
• bet234 shall not be liable for losses arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or telecommunications failures beyond our reasonable control.
• In all cases, bet234's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount of funds in your bet234 account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in this section limits bet234's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your bet234 account by contacting our support team, provided that there are no pending bets, withdrawals, or ongoing investigations associated with your account.

bet234 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or an authorised third party acting in their welfare interest;
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so;
• Extended inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for more than 12 consecutive months).

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances held at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit payment method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements and following the completion of any active investigation.

Amendments to These Terms

bet234 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bet234 will provide reasonable notice to registered members via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the bet234 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must discontinue use of the Services and close your account before the amendments take effect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet234 holds its international gaming license. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the bet234 Services shall be resolved through the following process:
